Help DIVA help you and others…

Your client card will list your scheduled visits. Please keep your scheduled appointments.  Your card is temporary and will expire 2 months from your initial visit. This enables DIVA to help a greater number of women in need.

                                                                        ~ Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Diva

Female clients will have a total of three visits
to DIVA spaced out over a three month period.


1 Client’s First Visit
 • Receive a temporary client card
    (good for two months)
 • 2 or 3 piece suit with accessories
 • An outfit of separates: trousers or skirt,     blouse, sweater or jacket


• Pair of shoes or boots
• Under garments (bra and panties)
• Hosiery
• Jewelry


2 Client’s Second Visit (one month later)

An outfit of separates: trousers or skirt, blouse, sweater or jacket



3 Client’s Third Visit (two months following 1st appointment)

An outfit of separates: trousers or skirt, blouse, sweater or jacket



Divo

Male clients get
one visit to DIVO.

 OR An interview outfit
made up of separates
